
Here is my go-to avocado toast recipe! I add in extra protein through cottage cheese and an egg to boost satiety and deliciousness!
Ingredients:
Bread (anything you like, I always shoot for something with more fiber to keep me feeling full)
Full Fat Friendship Cottage Cheese (don't knock it till you try it, this brand is amazing plus tons of extra protein to keep us strong)
Avocado ( duh!)
1 Fresh Egg
Instructions:
Spray your cooking pan and crack your egg, leaving it on low heat.
Toast your bread until it reaches your desired level of crispness. I hate burnt bread so I leave mine in for about 2 minutes to just warm it up.
Flip your egg when it's ready.
Once your toast cooled off slightly, grab the cottage cheese and avocado to spread across your bread.
Throw the egg on top, don't skimp on the salt, and add a touch of pepper.
