
Last week, I went on a weekend trip to Chatham Cape Cod where they served the most amazing poached eggs. I was so shocked to realize my favorite food could taste even better poached. But, for some reason, I never tried to poach eggs myself. A poached egg was always the equivalent of a luxurious meal, something expensive, and something too good to happen in my kitchen at home. But, today, I did it. I poached an egg for my protein avocado toast and it was amazing. I simply:
Boiled some water
Swirled my spoon around the pot
Cracked an egg and waited 2 minutes
And just like that, I had a perfectly poached egg! What an amazing way to start my day! :)
